Yes, but its very convenient if staying at the KL Hilton hotel
. A Teksi fare from KLCC to Sentral should be around 8 Ringgit on the meter of around 15 Ringitt if you have to negotiate.
My last visit to KL in April required me to stay out at PJ, so the KLIA Ekspress was not much use to me that time. I had a "driver" pick me up at KLIA and take me to the PJ Hilton, which cost MYR100, while a regular teksi from the hotel back to the airport was a fixed MYR70.
